Georg H. Monrad-Krohn: - Georg Herman Monrad-Krohn, born in 1965 in Oslo, Norway, professional Norwegian artist and painter. - Georg began painting at 12 years of age. He was a student of the well- known Norwegian painter Ragnhild C. Thrane. - Georg is known for his largescale oil paintings representative of abstract expressionism, and abstract landscapes. - Georg promotes and shows his artwork mainly through “Private Art Viewings" in his Art Studio and showroom in Oslo, Norway. However, his art has sold worldwide. - Georg is meticulous in his approach to creating each painting. It is a laborious process often taking months to complete one art piece. He utilizes layers upon layers of oil painting to create his signature unique style emphasizing the structure and depth of his work. - Georg's most recognizable work is his two series ”Painted Dreams" and "Universe of Dreams”, consisting of over fifty individual paintings. - Georg is known as the "The Norwegian Blue Painter", by his art fans due to the depth and color of the blue hues in many of his art pieces.
